Kindred Play is offered by Kindred Web Ltd, registered office 78a Upper Aughton Road, Southport, PR8 5NJ, United Kingdom. Contact hello@kindredweb.co.uk. By using it you agree to these terms. They are a plain statement of how the product works today, not a substitute for advice.

You type a prompt and receive a browser platformer. Do not submit prompts or publish games that are unlawful, hateful, or sexual content involving minors. We may remove a public game that breaks that rule.

On the free plan you may keep one project and five generations a day. Free-plan games are for personal, non-commercial use and show a “Made with Kindred Play” mark. Commercial rights are part of the Creator plan, which is not on sale yet. Paid prices on the site are a plan and may change.

A public link can be played by anyone. You can make a saved game private again from the share sheet. Games you do not save are not a stable link.

The service is provided as it is. Kindred Web Ltd is not liable for loss of a game, a prompt, or time spent playing. Governing law is England and Wales. The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
